What we sell
We're an independent retailer of accessories made by other companies. We don't manufacture anything. Every product is genuine and sold as supplied by its manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, pass to you.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your shipping confirmation, not at checkout. We may decline an order — if stock has run out, if a price was listed in error, if we can't ship to your address, or if a payment looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, you're refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and can change without notice, but never after you've placed an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are yours — see Shipping.
We try hard to price and describe things accurately. If an obvious error slips through, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Product information
Materials, measurements and pack contents come from the manufacturer. Colors vary between screens. Sizing is the manufacturer's, and manufacturers differ — check the measurements on the product page rather than assuming your usual size.
Nothing we sell is a medical device. Products described as diabetic, non-binding or therapeutic are comfort clothing. They don't treat any condition, and they're not a substitute for advice from your doctor.
