Where we ship
We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner in Enfield, England.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and peak periods can add days that nobody controls.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout by destination and basket weight, before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
Customs and import charges
This is the part most shops bury, so here it is plainly.
- United Kingdom: shipped domestically. No import charges.
- European Union: parcels from the UK may attract import VAT and a handling fee on delivery, depending on your country and the order value.
- United States: orders under the current de minimis threshold normally clear without duty. Above it, duty and fees may apply.
Where charges apply, they're set by your country's customs authority and paid by you, the recipient. We can't calculate or absorb them, and a refused parcel comes back to us minus the outbound shipping.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@vakdik.com immediately — we can usually fix it before dispatch, and not at all afterwards.
Lost or damaged
If tracking has stalled for more than 10 business days past the estimate, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
